This issue is identical to https://www.woutware.com/Forum/Topic/2128/proxy-entity-is-drawn-unfilled, except for the drawing causing the problem. Viewing the attached DWG file with Cadlib (using WinFormsViewExampleCS) shows the arrow proxy object drawn without fill. In Autocad it is filled. See the attached images.
